Presidential Heights is a condominium development in the southeast area of San Clemente, California, that is comprised of two unique neighborhoods. Residents enjoy many amenities, as well as easy access to services.

Presidential Heights I offers panoramic views of the ocean, Catalina Island, and golf course. Built by Douglass Pacific, there are 358 condominiums in this community, with several floor plans. Street names that run through this tract include Avenida Baja, Calle Bahia, Avenida Adobe, and Avenida Acapulco.

Presidential Heights II was also built by Douglass Pacific, and is comprised of 84 units that have two to three bedrooms, and one to two car garages. This complex is located on Calle Cuervo. Amenities for both subdivisions include community swimming pools and heated spas.

The Capistrano Unified School District offers many award winning facilities, such as Concordia Elementary School, Shorecliffs Middle School, and San Clemente High School.
